Meet Our Team
Meet Karen Clarke, the visionary behind ASpectrum. With a wealth of experience in employment coaching and program development, Karen is all about breaking down barriers and fostering inclusivity in the workplace. As a mother, Karen's journey into the world of neurodiversity isn't just professional; it's deeply personal. With firsthand experience as a neurodivergent individual herself, Karen understands the challenges and triumphs that come with it. Her children, including her co-founder Julien, have also lived experience with neurodiversity, inspiring Karen to create meaningful change. Her mission goes beyond business – she's a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, driven by her family's experiences and her commitment to making a difference. Karen’s mission? To make accessibility and inclusion more than just buzzwords – it’s about creating meaningful impact.
Meet Julien Clarke, the heart of ASpectrum's coaching initiative. As ASpectrum's first lead coach, Julien played a pivotal role in developing our signature coaching program from the ground up. His path began after graduating from the University of Toronto, where his passion for inclusive employment took root. With a knack for innovation and a deep understanding of Neurodiversity, Julien's experiences laid the foundation for ASpectrum's mission. Despite being in his mid-20s, Julien's entrepreneurial spirit shone brightly as he co-founded ASpectrum. As a co-founder, Julien wears many hats – from operations and financial management to team leadership and integration support coaching. Julien’s driving force? It extends beyond leadership; it's about making a tangible difference by bridging the gap between talent and opportunity, ensuring that workplaces embrace diversity and accommodate the unique needs of every individual.
